By using DOQR, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
The service
DOQR is a digital doorbell that provides visitor alerts and text, audio, or video communication through a QR code. Continuous availability is not guaranteed because the service depends on internet, notification, and device conditions. DOQR is not an emergency calling, security alarm, or physical access-control system.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting sign-in details, and sharing door QR and invite codes only with authorized people. Harassment, unauthorized surveillance, impersonation, unlawful content, and automation that disrupts the service are prohibited.
Subscriptions
DOQR Pro is an annual auto-renewing store subscription. Price and taxes are shown before purchase. You can cancel renewal in Google Play or App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
Content and permissions
You are responsible for content you share and for obtaining any required permission. Audio and video are not recorded; camera and microphone access is used only with permission and for the call.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” DOQR is not responsible for indirect loss caused by internet, device, store, or third-party outages, or by relying on the service as an emergency system.
Suspension and changes
Access may be limited to protect security, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements. For material changes, we update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app.
