Delete your account and data
Fastest method: Open the top-right menu on the DOQR home screen, tap Delete my account, and confirm. You will be signed out when deletion is complete.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address used for your DOQR account. Use the subject DOQR account deletion request. We may request only the information needed to verify account ownership.
What is deleted?
- Your DOQR door-manager account and profile information
- Digital doorbells, QR links, and settings
- Visit records, messages, courier notes, blocks, and notification tokens associated with the account
- DOQR subscription verification records
Limited records required for legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention may be retained for as long as necessary and de-identified where possible. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup cycle.
Important subscription information
Deleting your DOQR account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Before deleting the account, cancel DOQR Pro in the store’s Subscriptions section to stop renewal.
